Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Your membership

JamStream access is provided through a paid membership of $19.99 USD per month (presale rate), billed automatically each month to your selected PayPal payment method until you cancel. Each payment grants one month of access to the JamStream platform. Your membership renews automatically at the start of each billing cycle.

2. Cancel anytime

You can cancel your membership at any time, with no cancellation fee and no questions asked. You can cancel:

  • from your JamStream account settings, or
  • directly from your PayPal account (Settings → Payments → Automatic Payments → JamStream → Cancel).

When you cancel, you will not be charged again. Your access remains active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and then stops. We do not lock you into any minimum term.

3. Refunds

Because JamStream is a digital service delivered immediately, monthly membership fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun — when you cancel, you simply keep access until that period ends and are not billed again. However:

  • Statutory rights. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer-protection laws that apply to you (including in the EU/EEA, the United Kingdom, and Israel). Where the law gives you a right to a refund, we honor it.
  • EU / EEA / UK cooling-off. Consumers in these regions normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a digital purchase. By choosing to start using JamStream immediately, you ask us to begin the service before the 14-day period ends; once the service has been fully provided for a paid period with your consent, the withdrawal right for that period may no longer apply. We will still honor valid withdrawal requests made before you have used the service.
  • Billing errors. If you were charged in error, charged more than once for the same period, or charged after a valid cancellation, contact us and we will refund the incorrect amount in full.
  • Goodwill. We may also grant refunds at our discretion on a case-by-case basis — just reach out.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@jamstream.live from the email associated with your account, including the date of the charge and the reason. We aim to respond within a few business days.

5. Failed or missed payments

If a scheduled payment fails (for example, an expired card or temporary insufficient funds), PayPal will automatically retry the payment. If the payment still cannot be collected after one missed billing cycle, your membership may be paused and access suspended until payment is resolved. Any outstanding balance may be collected automatically once a valid payment method is available.

6. Price changes

The $19.99/month rate is the current presale price. If we change membership pricing in the future, we will give you advance notice by email or in the app before the change takes effect, and you may cancel at any time before then if you do not wish to continue at the new price. We will never change the price of a billing cycle you have already paid for.

7. Before you file a chargeback

If something went wrong with a payment, please contact support@jamstream.live first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a dispute. Filing a chargeback for access you have already used may result in your account being suspended.
